We invite conference participants to a social dinner, which will take place at the Craft Beer Restaurant in the Central Hotel Gdańsk. The meeting will be an excellent opportunity for informal conversations, sharing experiences, and enjoying exquisite cuisine.
The participation fee is 280 PLN gross per person.
You can register for the dinner during the conference registration process or by email at konferencja@inspirecongress.pl
The dinner is not funded by innovative companies affiliated with INFARMA, nor by member companies of POLMED or MedTech Polska.
The event is financed exclusively from participant contributions.
REGISTRATION
The fee includes 23% VAT and covers participation in the conference sessions, conference materials, conference meals (coffee break, lunch), and access to the medical exhibition (for eligible participants).
Cancellation Policy:
1. If a cancellation is submitted no later than 14 days before the scheduled date of the Event, the participant is entitled to a refund of the fee paid, less PLN 30 gross for handling fees.
2. If a cancellation is submitted between 13 and 5 days before the Conference date, the participant will receive a 50% refund.
3. If a cancellation is submitted less than 5 days before the Conference date, the fee will not be refunded.
